Thank you for shopping with OMNI.

Order Processing

All OMNI products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped.

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

After your order has been fulfilled, shipping times generally range from 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Locations

OMNI currently ships to Canada and the United States.

We plan to expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

OMNI is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at omniedition@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages.

Please include your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
