Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with OMNI.

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be available if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your item has a manufacturing or print defect.

  • Your order contains a fulfillment error.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Approved Returns

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

If a return is required and your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If your request is approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the available resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or cancelled after they have been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size.

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or intentionally damaged after delivery.

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Gift cards.
